How it works...

The Local Yolk has been around for almost 10 years - supplying Cafes, Restaurants, Retailers, Households & Workplaces with the freshest free range eggs available in our area.

We are excited to now be offering delivery to your door in smaller quantities, making our eggs more accessible and storage friendly to more people!

Each of our new mini boxes contain 6 dozen eggs.

Why 6 Dozen? Because every dozen we deliver is laid & packed 24 hours prior to delivery, and if you store them correctly (we recommend refrigerating) they will keep for up to 6 weeks, so that equates to a dozen a week!

Delivery Information - Updated September 2024

We deliver to all suburbs of Lake Macquarie & Newcastle and most suburbs of the Central Coast every week. We now also deliver to Sydney homes and businesses on Thursdays once a week.

Monday - Hunter / Port Stephens

Tuesday - Central Coast* & Sydney Growers Markets

Wednesday - All suburbs of Newcastle

Thursday – Eastern Side of Lake Macquarie & Western Lake Macquarie & all suburbs between Morisset & Toronto in Lake Macquarie. and Sydney Growers Market

Central Coast = All suburbs East of the freeway on the Central Coast and as far north to Doyalson. Anything along or north of Rutleys road will be included
on our Thursday Lake Macquarie Run.

Orders for local areas next day delivery close at 10.30am each day, so if you order after 10.30am, your order will be delivered the next week on your areas specified delivery day
