Tuesday - Central Coast* & Sydney Growers Markets
Wednesday - All suburbs of Newcastle & all suburbs between Morisset & Toronto in Lake Mac.
Thursday - All Suburbs of Lake Macquarie, most suburbs of Sydney & Greater Sydney including Sydney Growers Market
Central Coast = All suburbs East of the freeway on the Central Coast and as far north to Doyalson. Anything along or north of Rutleys road will be included on our Thursday Lake Macquarie Run.
